1. The Direct Manual UPI Architecture

DevStudio eliminates automated payment gateway intermediaries in favor of direct corporate manual UPI QR settlements. This guarantees that 100% of your payment is credited to our designated corporate banking accounts with zero middleman surcharge markups or banking data leakage.

2. Permitted UPI Applications

You may complete manual transfers using any authorized Unified Payments Interface (UPI) mobile application or net banking IMPS rail in India, including:

  • Google Pay (GPay)

3. Step-by-Step Verification Lifecycle

  1. Invoice Review: Finalize items, delivery address, and GST details in checkout.
  2. QR Scan / VPA Copy: Scan the dynamic QR or paste the merchant VPA into your chosen UPI app.
  3. Exact Transfer: Send the exact payable invoice total.
  4. UTR Extraction: Note down the 12-digit UTR/Bank Reference number from your bank confirmation screen or SMS.
  5. Proof Upload: Upload an unedited screenshot of your completed receipt into the secure checkout portal.
  6. Human Audit: Our financial desk cross-checks the UTR with real-time banking ledger feeds and confirms your dispatch within 15 to 30 minutes.

4. Screenshot Encryption & Security

Submitted payment receipts are encrypted and stored in a private, access-controlled Supabase bucket (payment-proofs). Signed access URLs expire after each authorized audit review and are never exposed publicly.
