Terms & Conditions

Governing the purchase, manual UPI settlement verification, warranty, and insured logistics of DevStudio serialized hardware.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "Client") and DevStudio Retail Technologies Inc. By placing an order, completing a manual UPI transfer, or utilizing our services, you expressly consent to these Terms.

2. Manual UPI / QR Code Settlement Rules

DevStudio operates on a verified manual UPI settlement framework to protect client data and prevent payment gateway surcharges on high-value hardware.

  • All orders remain in Pending Payment or Payment Verification status until the transfer is audited by our financial ledger desk.
  • Customers must provide authentic 12-digit UTR/Bank Reference numbers and an unedited receipt screenshot.
  • Submitting false, duplicate, or third-party UTR numbers will result in immediate cancellation and customer account termination.
Audit SLA: Our standard ledger verification window is 15 to 30 minutes during operating hours (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST). Transfers completed outside operating hours are cleared by 10:00 AM IST the next morning.

3. Serialized Hardware & Genuine Warranty

All laptops, desktops, monitors, smartphones, and audio gear dispatched by DevStudio are 100% brand-new, serialized units. Each unit carries a minimum 1-Year Direct Manufacturer Warranty redeemable through authorized brand service facilities throughout India.

4. Invoicing & Corporate GST Taxation

All listed product prices include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%). Customers furnishing a valid 15-digit GSTIN at checkout will receive an authorized B2B Tax Invoice eligible for Input Tax Credit under Indian tax statutes.

5. Armored Transit & Delivery Acceptance

Every shipment over ₹49,999 is transported via priority armored logistics and insured 100% against physical loss or courier damage. Custody is transferred exclusively upon provision of the numeric OTP dispatched to the customer's registered phone.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
