DevStudio Retail Technologies Inc. ("DevStudio", "we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to safeguarding the personal, financial, and diagnostic data of our customers and enterprise clients. This Privacy Policy details the protocols governing collection, verification, and private storage of customer information.

2. Information We Collect

When you interact with our platform, configure custom workstations, or complete purchases, we collect:

  • Customer Contact Data: Legal full name, business email, mobile phone number, delivery address, and optional corporate GSTIN.
  • Manual UPI Payment Evidence: 12-digit UTR/Bank Reference numbers, transfer timestamps, payment application method, and receipt screenshots.
  • Technical Telemetry: Device identifiers, compiler workload notes, and hardware diagnostic logs when staging custom rigs.
Private Storage Architecture: In strict adherence to our security model, all customer payment proof receipts are encrypted and stored in a private Supabase Storage vault (payment-proofs) accessible exclusively to authorized financial audit personnel.

3. Zero Third-Party Gateway Tracking

Because DevStudio utilizes direct manual corporate UPI QR code settlements audited directly against our scheduled commercial banking ledgers, we never transmit your banking credentials, CVV codes, or personal debit instruments to third-party payment aggregation middleman networks.

4. Use of Customer Data

We process collected information solely for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Conducting human financial audit verifications on submitted manual UPI transfers.
  • Coordinating armored priority logistics with OTP-gated custody handoff.
  • Generating digitally signed, GST-compliant B2B Tax Invoices for input tax credits.
  • Honoring 1-year direct serialized manufacturer warranties and hardware replacements.

5. Data Retention & Erasure Rights

Order and tax invoice data is retained in accordance with Indian commercial taxation statutes. Customers may request complete profile deletion or copies of their recorded data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at privacy@devstudio.store.
