3. Mandatory OTP Handoff Protocol
To prevent doorstep theft or misplacement, courier personnel are strictly prohibited from leaving shipments with neighbors, apartment lobbies, or security checkpoints without customer authorization.
A dynamic numeric Delivery Authentication OTP will be transmitted via SMS and email to your registered contact coordinates once the courier initiates out-for-delivery routing. Custody transfer requires verbal validation of this OTP.
4. Transit Inspection & Seal Integrity
Customers are advised to visually inspect the external DevStudio holographic seal before providing the delivery OTP. In the rare event that outer packaging displays severe crushing, water intrusion, or tampered tape:
